Emerald Bottle Locations in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Unlocking the numerous secrets scattered throughout Disney Dreamlight Valley often requires players to participate in complex scavenger hunts. One of the most elusive hidden quests in the game involves tracking down sixteen mysterious emerald bottles submerged across various biomes. Successfully locating these items is the essential first step toward obtaining the coveted Green Potato and crafting a unique magical potion.
Scanning the Waterways in Major Biomes
Finding these hidden collectibles requires a keen eye because the bottles are submerged beneath the surface of the water. Players will need to search almost every major territory, excluding the main Plaza which contains no fishing areas. The distribution includes five bottles along Dazzle Beach, four inside the Glade of Trust, two in the Peaceful Meadow, two in the Sunlit Plateau, and one each in the Forest of Valor, Frosted Heights, and Forgotten Lands.
To successfully harvest a bottle, you must cast your fishing line directly on top of the submerged object. Unlike regular fishing spots, you will not see colored ripples initially, but an orange or gold circle will spawn around your bobber once you properly target the item. Many players find it much easier to spot these green containers by hunting during daylight hours when underwater visibility is at its highest.
Pinpointing Specific Submerged Targets
Navigating the coastal shores of Dazzle Beach reveals five distinct bottles hidden near prominent landmarks. Explorers should check the waters surrounding the small island near Skull Rock, next to the main bridge, and outside the cave where Ursula was originally trapped. The final beach bottle rests near the jagged rock formations situated in the southwestern portion of the shoreline.
Moving inward to the swamp environments, the Glade of Trust conceals four additional items within its winding rivers and ponds. One particularly tricky bottle is tucked away beside a large rock in the water just west of the primary river bridge. If a bottle refuses to register your fishing line, try entering the game's decoration mode to temporarily move nearby trees that might be obstructing the water's edge.
Utilizing Inventory Shards and Crafting Solutions
Once you successfully pull an emerald bottle from the depths, it will occupy a slot in your character's backpack. Selecting the bottle from your menu allows you to open it, which instantly transforms the container into an Emerald Sliver. Collecting all sixteen bottles will grant you the exact number of slivers required to move on to the next phase of the mystery.
With a full stack of sixteen slivers secured, head directly to the nearest workbench in the valley. Under the functional items tab, you will unlock the ability to craft the specialized Jade Crystal using your collected shards. This crystal serves as the key component needed to progress further into Simba's hidden questline and ultimately secure the Green Potato.
